The whole experience was elevated by Paul’s warm welcome and local knowledge, he knew exactly where to guide us for meals nearby. the breakfast was cooked to order and absolutely delicious, every bite was worth the hype.

we had an amazing family holiday at this guest house, exceeding our previous stay in lincoln. the location was perfect, right next to the cathedral, making it easy to explore shops and attractions. the breakfast choices were fantastic, leaving us energized for the day ahead.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved it! Super clean and cozy Double Room. The location is prime for exploring. The owner was quick to respond to our requests. Breakfast was delish with lots to choose from. Just a heads up, the bathroom layout is a bit awkward so be careful at night!

Our stay was fantastic, thanks to the amazing location right next to the Cathedral and Castle, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was a treat, with a range of options including locally sourced ingredients. The only downside was that our room faced the street, causing some noise at night.

The noise from traffic and the Cathedral bells can be quite disruptive at night!!! Bathroom sizes in certain rooms felt cramped, making it less comfortable than expected. Parking conditions were tight, creating a challenging experience for larger vehicles!!!

We stayed here for one night on my husband's birthday and loved how close it was to the stunning Lincoln Cathedral and ancient Lincoln Castle, making our city strolls really enjoyable. the breakfast was also fantastic with plenty of options, adding a great start to our day of exploring.
